Zero to 100 product updates: April 2026

A summary of what we shipped in April across the AI Diagnostics and Learning platforms.

In short

In April 2026 we launched Workflow Intelligence on the Learning platform, which maps AI onto the steps of a real job workflow. We also added client-specific assessment templates, one-click CSV export of results, quiz review and exercise retakes, and per-use-case GPT feature suggestions.

Workflow Intelligence

Workflow Intelligence maps AI onto a real job workflow. A learner walks through the steps of their actual workflow, and the platform shows where AI fits at each step, with specific tools and ready-to-use prompts.

Why it matters: it connects AI to the way people already work, which makes the next step concrete.

Client-specific assessment templates

The AI Diagnostics platform now supports client-specific templates: conditional questions, entity dropdowns, and different question sets for different employee personas, set up without engineering work.

Why it matters: the assessment can fit a specific organisation and its roles.

One-click CSV export

Administrators can export all assessment results to a single CSV: dimension scores, every question and answer, and the per-person AI insights report. Filtering and sorting across the table also works.

Why it matters: it makes results easy to analyse and report outside the platform.

Smaller updates

Two more changes landed in April. Learners can now review their answers after submitting and retake exercises on the Learning platform. The platform also suggests which GPT features to enable per use case, such as web browsing, code interpreter and image generation.

Coming next

In June we are adding open-scored questions to the assessment and a rebuilt results dashboard, along with Skill Studio on the Learning platform.
