A summary of what we shipped in February across the AI Diagnostics and Learning platforms.

In short

In February 2026 we made the AI Diagnostics platform multilingual, and added two practice environments to the Learning platform, the Prompt Sandbox and the Prompt Challenge Arena, plus a Community space for AI Champions. These are the foundations the later updates build on.

AI Lab, Prompt Sandbox and Prompt Challenge Arena

The Learning platform now includes the AI Lab, a space to practise prompting against real scenarios. The Prompt Sandbox lets a learner write a prompt, see the output, and refine it. The Prompt Challenge Arena provides scenario-based challenges to work through.

Why it matters: prompting improves with repetition, and the AI Lab gives people a place to practise.

A Community space for AI Champions

The new Community module gives organisations a shared space to connect AI Champions, share approved tools and prompts, and surface use cases from across the business.

Why it matters: adoption holds better when it is shared across teams rather than resting on a few people.

A multilingual platform

The AI Diagnostics platform now supports multiple languages. You can set a default language per cohort, and the assessment, the report and the dimension detail switch automatically. At launch this covers English, Portuguese (PT) and Brazilian Portuguese (PT-BR).

Why it matters: teams can take the assessment in their own language, which improves completion and the quality of responses.

Coming next

In April we are adding Workflow Intelligence, which maps AI onto the steps of a real job workflow, along with client-specific assessment templates.
