Open-scored questions in the assessment
The AI Diagnostics assessment now includes open-scored questions. Instead of choosing an option, the participant is given a real scenario and writes the AI prompt they would use. The response is scored against a rubric in a few seconds and feeds directly into their dimension scores. This measures applied skill rather than self-assessment, so the results reflect what people can actually do with AI.

A rebuilt results dashboard
The results dashboard has been redesigned. It now brings together an AI fluency radar that compares current performance against target across five dimensions, a maturity view across Skills, Org Change, Strategy and Governance, adoption and risk indicators, and a strategy versus capability matrix. Having adoption, fluency, maturity and risk in a single view makes results easier to read and to act on.
Skill Studio, learn one AI tool at a time
Skill Studio is a new short-format module on the Learning platform. Each skill walks through one AI tool step by step: read a short explanation, try it, paste in a prompt, submit your result, and get AI feedback scored per criterion. Each skill takes 15 to 20 minutes and ends with the learner having completed a real task, which helps the learning carry over into daily work.
Also updated
European Portuguese (PT-PT) was added. The Learning platform now runs in English, Arabic, Brazilian Portuguese and European Portuguese, including exercises and feedback.
Coming next
Next month we are adding a more personalised individual report from the AI Diagnostic that recommends specific learning courses based on each person's results, along with a larger library of skill courses.
